Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days, except for the following:

• Items that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped (including mattresses, bedding and pillows)

• Flat pack furniture that has been partially or fully assembled

• Bespoke or made-to-order items

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Items listed as “Bespoke for You” are specially ordered to meet your request and are not held in stock. For this reason, these items cannot be cancelled once your order has been confirmed and accepted by Quiet Quarters.

Please review your order confirmation carefully and notify us of any errors within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Collection Charges

Approved returns are subject to a collection charge, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Collection charges may be up to £159, depending on location

• If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist

Refunds

Once your cancellation request has been received and eligibility confirmed, any applicable refund will be issued within 5 working days.
