Delivery & Installation Options
At Quiet Quarters, we offer a combination of complimentary and chargeable delivery options, depending on the product selected. Any delivery charge will be clearly displayed once the item is added to your basket.
Where possible, we aim to deliver all items in your order together. Occasionally, products may be dispatched from different locations, meaning deliveries could take place on separate days. Should this be the case, we will always confirm this with you in advance.
We deliver throughout the UK using our own delivery teams and carefully selected courier partners. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and Europe may incur additional charges. Please contact us for a personalised delivery quotation before placing your order.
Lead Times & Delivery Scheduling
Most Quiet Quarters furniture is delivered within 2 weeks, unless a longer lead time is stated on the product page. For made-to-order or longer lead-time items, our team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Once your delivery is scheduled, you will receive confirmation by text message and email. On the day of delivery, our delivery team will call 30–60 minutes prior to arrival.
Standard free delivery is to the doorstep, unless otherwise specified.
Order Updates & Communication
Following your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order.

In-stock items – typically delivered within 5 working days

Longer lead time or out-of-stock items – we will keep you informed with regular, proactive updates

Order Amendments
If you need to amend your order:

Orders can be amended before dispatch by emailing info@quietquarters.co.uk

Made-to-order items can only be amended before production begins, usually within 5 working days

Delivery address changes can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date
